1. What do we know about the use of PPE in our department?

2. What are the possible solutions to creating awareness among the staff/department?

3. How can we put the issue forward to the team, to better get their understanding of the PPE issue?

4. How can we best train and encourage the team on the use of PPE?

5. Where/How should we post/send information on PPE for the team accessibility?

6. When do we think we can achieve all these goals/ when can we put the final solution in place (deadline)?

7. How can we ensure continuous improvement, and ensure the team is using PPE?

8. Who would like to take on certain responsibilities such as post, sending, contacting, etc.?

9. Only, when necessary, how do we close the huge gap?
